The 7KW AC charging station main control board has the following intelligent functions:
1.Intelligent power regulation: dynamically adjust the charging current and voltage based on the battery status information feedback from the vehicle battery management system (BMS). For example, when the battery is low, a higher current is used for fast charging, and when the battery is close to full, it switches to constant voltage charging or trickle charging mode to avoid overcharging.
2.Charging mode control: supports timed charging, quantitative charging, and automatic full charging modes. Users can set charging modes through the charging station interface or mobile app to meet different needs.
3.Communication and Interaction:
Communication with vehicle BMS: Use standard communication protocols (such as GB/T 27930) to communicate bidirectionally with the vehicle BMS, obtain battery parameter information, and send the output parameters and charging status of the charging station to the BMS.
Communication with the backend management system: Upload the operation data of the charging station to the backend management system through wired (such as Ethernet) or wireless (such as 4G/5G) communication methods, and receive remote control instructions.
4.Multiple security protections:
Overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit protection: Real time monitoring of current and voltage during the charging process. Once the safety threshold is exceeded, the power supply is immediately cut off to prevent equipment damage or fire.
Leakage protection: Once the leakage current exceeds the safety standard (such as 30mA), the power supply will be immediately cut off to ensure personnel safety.
Over temperature protection:Real time monitoring of battery temperature. When BMS feedbacks that the battery temperature is too high, quickly adjust charging parameters or pause charging.
5.Charging progress management:
Real time monitoring of charging progress, obtaining charged amount through integral calculation or communication with BMS, calculating charging percentage and estimating remaining time.
Intelligent scheduling and optimization:Intelligent charging scheduling: Optimize the allocation of charging resources in the charging network and improve device utilization. For example, when the load on the power grid is too high, remotely reducing the output power of the charging station can avoid impacting the power grid.
Integration with renewable energy: Integrating renewable energy such as solar and wind power to optimize charging time and power.
7.User experience and value-added services:
Multiple startup methods: Supports scanning codes, swiping cards, mobile apps, and other startup methods
Remote Upgrade: Supports FOTA remote upgrade and continuously optimizes the performance of charging stations
Value added services: integrating vehicle health diagnosis, peripheral service recommendation, advertising push and other functions to provide users with a richer experience
