Conduct cross experiments
Night low temperature retest with the same vehicle and pile: full speed without slowing down → main control board overheating during the day; Still experiencing high SOC deceleration → BMS characteristics
Replace the shade pile or air conditioning pile: do not slow down at full speed → original pile heat dissipation problem; Still decreasing → Vehicle issues
Vehicles with normal battery temperature: do not decrease at full speed → limit by the original vehicle BMS; Still decreasing → Charging station issue
Common misjudgments
Battery aging, high temperature without cooling, charging after long-term parking, BMS conservatively reduces power, mistakenly blaming charging piles
Fan stopped running, filter clogged, contact oxidized, main control board reduced flow, mistakenly attributed to battery degradation
High temperature at noon+just finished a long journey, the two overlap and need to be investigated separately

The change in CP duty cycle is due to the fear of heat in the pile, while the constant change is due to the fear of scalding in the car. Cross testing should be conducted to determine responsibility and prescribe the right medicine to cure speed reduction in summer.
