How to link the system:

Heavy: Confirmation of dual sensors. Electrode type water immersion sensor+ultrasonic level gauge dual channel detection, both channels exceed the threshold at the same time to trigger pile lifting. Ultrasonic ranging is not affected by sediment, with fast electrode response and complementary blind spots.
Second level: mechanical limit+fall prevention. The lifting pole must be equipped with a mechanical locking pin, which automatically locks into the limit slot after reaching the top. Even if the motor loses power or the steel wire rope breaks, the pile will not fall and smash the vehicle. When descending, both hands must be operated simultaneously or confirmed in the background to prevent accidental descent.
Third level: power-off protection. If the power grid is cut off during the pile lifting process, the lifting pole motor will rely on UPS or supercapacitor to complete the final lifting action and lock in the current position. Cannot stop in mid air - neither reach nor fall.
Fourth level: Emergency stop hard circuit. The independent emergency stop button for the lifting rod immediately cuts off the motor power supply without going through the MCU. This is the bottom line of mechanical safety.
